Japan Post has temporarily suspended acceptance of certain mail addressed to the United States, effective August 27, 2025.This suspension is due to the discontinuation of the tariff exemption introduced under the Trump administration, which has made our operations difficult because the procedures for handling taxable mail remain unclear.Accordingly, we have transferred our shipments to DHL.However, please note that DHL is currently unable to provide transportation insurance.If insurance coverage is required, please wait until the relevant procedures become clear and normal operations can resume.If you are unable to wait, we will cancel your order.
